Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? 

If this only happens on a specific device, would you mind performing a reinstall of the app by following these steps? 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you try with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference? 

Also, sending us a screen recording of the issue happening would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
