Songs aren't playing on iphone! Please help!

A couple months ago I downloaded spotify on my iPad and everything was fine. I liked the app so much I drecided to download it on my PC and everything was till fine. finally I bought an iPhone 6 and downloaded spotify on my iPhone and everything worked fine for a day then everything stopped working. All the songs on my iPhone are greyed out and i cant play ANYTHING. NOT. ONE. SONG. to be able to play music from my iPhone i have to press shuffle play and hope that the song i want comes on but i cant rewind it or force it to play. I dont understand why this is happening. Everything still works fine on my PC and iPad. I've tried everything to fix this issue deleting and reinstalling the app on all 3 devices and no, none of thesesongs are local files . I have a free spotify music account and i'm using version 8.4.3 the ltest version. I've tried everything and nothing is working and i'm getting really frustrated. This has been going on for a few months. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Thanks for your post!

This is very strange. Just to check, are all the devices connected to the same WiFi network? Do you ever notice this happening when the mobile device is on 4G, or do you have mobile data switched off for Spotify?

If you could also go to your Settings on the mobile device and send us screenshots of how the Playback and Music Quality menus look, that'd be useful to see.
