Songs not being removed from playlist on mobile app

I deleted some songs from my playlist using the desktop application but they are still on my playlist when I look at it using the mobile app. On the desktop version there are 2,788 songs with 193 hours, but on the mobile app there is 203 hours. Is there a way to get it to delete these songs without having to re-download the playlist or manually delete the songs again?
