Specific Song Won't Stream or Download (not local file)

One certain song (Raspsody In Blue, if it matters) will not play on my phone. The song plays fine on my PC client, and I can control it playing on my PC as normal, but if I try to play the song on my phone, either by selecting it normally or switching with spotify connect, it wont play at all. If I add the song to a playlist marked for download the download meter will stay at 0%. I have played this song several times in the past with no problem. This isn't a local file, its in the spotify collection, so I have no idea why this is happening. Help?
