Spotify 4 not working

Because of the terrible update I'm supposed to use the alternate spotify but it won't download my playlists and it won't play music at all. So please fix this since I am a paying customer and using my at list offline (saved) has become part of my daily life. Thx

Just did that, still an issue, started to
