Spotify App crashes on startup IOS

My Question or Issue

My Spotify App crashes instantly on startup since I updated it to the newest version.
I have two things I might did wrong I played music with Spotify while updating and connected the new SONOS app to spotify and I think this could be the reason. Because since then it crashes. I already deleted the SONOS app but sill crashing..

Please help I just want to listen to music

I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my Iphone. Also tried resetting the Network settings but nothing helps.

same for me on iPhone 11, latest updates. 

I tried the same so solve the problem without success.

Hey there!

There was a few reported issues surrounding this however this has all been rectified backstage, if your still having issues do let me know however I'd recommend uninstalling the application > Restarting your device > then reinstalling the Spotify app.

It seems like there was a few issues behind the scenes and these were fixed as soon as possible. I’d recommend keeping an eye on @SpotifyStatus on Twitter where any issues will be posted! 🙂
