Spotify App stuck on "Connecting" on 3G Cellular Data iOS 7.0.4 iPhone 4S

The Spotify app was working a couple of days ago, then suddenly since yesterday everytime I use it away from any WiFi connection it gets stuck on "Connecting" on the lower part of the screen, making it unable to play any type of tracks. I have reinstalled the app and the issue remains. Also the Offline mode is not enabled, yet when I go to Search it says otherwise, its as if its forced into Offline mode?

I have an iPhone 4S 7.0.4

Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated. Note that I have tried every solution on the Solutions section already.

Sounds odd unless you have turned off data in the iphone settings. Have you tried restarting your iphone by holding the Home and Lock buttons together for 10 seconds?

Yes I have tried the iPhone restart and my Cellular Data is on, even called my mobile data provider and they made a reset and everything, still having the same issues.

It might be worth trying a clean reinstallation of the app and see if that makes any difference?
