I want to put spotify on mu iPhone and IPad. I have spotify premium. Do I have to buy the Spotify premium app and if so do I have to but it twice, once for each device

Spotify on iPhone and iPad both require a premium subscription (unless you are in the US, in which case you can use Spotify radio only for free on those devices). No need to purchase twice, you can log in and use your account on as many devices as you like but you can only ever have 1 active streaming device at any given time. With Spotify premium you also get the ability to store offline playlists on up to 3 devices.
