Spotify Can't Recognize Mobile Provider

Hi! Can you please help me? I am trying to register to the Spotify Premium 129 and intends to pay via mobile/load. But under the payment option, there is no option for mobile payment. I tried editing my profile and included my mobile number, but when it came to the mobile service provider option, nothing appears. All there is is "Please Select" what could be the solution to this? I am from the Philippines and my mobile provider is Globe. Hoping you can help me on this one.

https://www.spotify.com/purchase/panel/#__main-select - you will see all available payment methods in your country here - no need to select your provider from your profile page drop down list

 

Click on the 3 dots on the top right and you should see more options there

Paying thru mobile prepaid load is less hassle in some people like me. Wht cant you fix it? Please fix this. I cant select my mobile provider.

This also happens to me and I'm so annoyed because I really like Spotify but if the service is like this then I don't think it's worth it PLEASE FIX IT IMMEDIATELY!

THIS IS ALSO MY PROBLEM AND IT IS 2018 AND THEY STILL CAN'T FIX IT.
