My Question or Issue

I recently added a few new local file downloaded songs, yet some of the songs dont arent playable on mobile. My computer runs them perfectly fine, and other certain local file songs I have been able to play on my phone easily, its just these few recent ones arent working.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

We get that you're having issues with playing your newly downloaded local files on your mobile. We can recommend restarting your mobile app twice in a row. This may sound odd but it's how the app does a refresh and might resolve possible cache-related issues. Try this out to see if it will shake things up and make your Local files playable.

 

If the restarting of your app doesn't do the trick, then we can recommend to try and move the new songs to a different folder and see if they will get to play properly after the app rediscovers them.
