My Question or Issue

Dear Community,

I received my Apple Watch today and was really looking forward to it until I tried Spotify. I does not recognise my Bose Soundsport Free headphones. I saw that there are a couple of threads already, but I would like an update on when this can be fixed. Apple Music works apparently...

The Spotify watch app right now is just a remote control for what is playing in the Spotify iOS app on the iPhone. You can't play music directly in the watch app without using the iPhone app right now. (playback on the watch will hopefully come in a future update)

With the watch, you can go to now playing and switch the playback from iPhone speakers to your headphones just like you can on the iPhone but the music will be playing from the iPhone.
