Spotify app defect

Spotify app defect

The Spotify app on my iPhone seems to have some bugs. The icon shows up as if it was installing but can't be accessed.
I have tried to reinstall without any chance
Tried to delete it but it can't be deleted
Only accessing it from the information menu doesn't make a difference.
The program works on my computer so it has only to do with the app on my phone

Any suggestions are very welcome?

Buenos días.

Llevo un par de días intentando cambiar mi contraseñ, todos los correos que recibo me llevan a donde supuestamente se pone la nueva contraseña y la confirmación.

Al dar aceptar el cambio no me deja y me sale siempre el mensaje de:

SU FORMULARIO A CADUCADO INTÉNTELO DE NUEVO

Que puedo hacer?

I have the same exact problem. 

 

I've tried to redownload the app from the app store many times, but it always stops 3/4ths of the way through.  I can't delete it either.  This is super frustrating, especially since I am paying for Premium.  What is the point of paying if I can't even use the app?  

 

I'd like to get a refund, but I can't figure out how to contact Spotify directly.

Mine has also kept crashing and I'm paying premium this is extremely frustrating it's like flushing money down the toilet

As long as credited days not working I don't require a refund though so far 4 days plus the day we just hit at midnight
