Spotify app is not opening my mobile for a while but desktop is working.

Is there any problem with IOS? In my mobile app is not working for a while but my desktop is working?

Hi there, so I don't have access to real-time information on specific issues with the Spotify app. However, if you are experiencing problems with the Spotify app on iOS, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure your Spotify app is up to date. Go to the App Store on your iOS device and check if there are any updates available for Spotify.

  2. Try force quitting the app and reopening it. To force quit an app on an iPhone or iPad, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold until the App Switcher appears. Then, swipe up on the Spotify app to close it. Reopen the app and see if it works.

  3. Restart your iPhone or iPad. Sometimes restarting your device can fix issues with apps.

  4. Check your internet connection. If you are experiencing problems with streaming, make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  5. If none of the above solutions work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app. Keep in mind that this will delete all your downloads and settings.
