Spotify app will no longer let me download it

Each time I open up app and try to download Spotify onto my phone, no cloud logo appears and the app seems to freeze and not even let me download it anymore. I had the app previsouly and deleted it as I was freeing up storage and would like to download it again. Any reasons why this may be happening?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
