Spotify is frozen

The app is frozen from the start. I cant do anything, tried to reinstall it and shut the phone off and then on. Is there any solution for this? I dont want to pay for something that doesnt work, been like this along time now... 😞

I would like to try to help you...What device and OS release are you running?  Are you on the Collections Beta?

I have had similar problems and found that the following troubleshooting eventually works.

1. Logging out of app. and re-logging in.  It still may freeze upon startup, but becomes responsive after 5+ minutes
2. Deleting the app., doing a soft restart (press the home and on/off button at the same time untile the phone shuts down), then restart.  Then re-add the app.  Don't forget to change your streaming quality..

I did what you said, nothing worked. What can I do now? Been like this a couple weeks now... Maybe after a update or something...

(it works sometimes, I can get on a playlist but if I leave it then it all freezes again)

If you can get the application to load, in the menu do you have a section called "Collection" or does it say "Playlists"?

It goes right into browse where it freezes
