Spotify keeps randomly pausing for no reason on iPhone 11

Hi!

This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, as I was able to solve the issue before.

But now I can’t solve it.

I saw another help post regarding to my topic, but nothing worked.

Deleting the app doesn’t work, clearing the cache doesn’t work.

Whatever I listen to randomly stops playing either 7 seconds in or 10 seconds in, it’s always the very beginning of a song.

So I don’t know what to do now, everything I’ve done which I previously stated hasn’t worked.

Is there anything else I can do?

Could you confirm if you still observe this after running a clean reinstall of Spotify on your mobile device? This will remove corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing the issue. 

If this persists after a clean reinstall, make sure no battery optimization settings or data cleaning apps run active on your mobile device. Such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity. We also suggest accessing the app settings and making sure all Permissions are enabled for Spotify.
