Spotify randomly stops playing titles in an downloaded album

I tried removing and then again download the entire album, I have cleared all data & cache, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the App, restarted my phone... still every now and then Spotify just stops playing audio book tracks. The track / chapter is not paused but stays at 0:00 Minutes - skipping or restarting the app doesnt help

Just to confirm, when you reinstalled the app, did you perform a clean reinstall? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if you get the same behavior if you download the content with a different internet connection?
