My Question or Issue

 

Hi!

Was hoping I could get help with an issue I have on my Spotify account.

 

I tend to listen to a lot of Spotify’s Own playlists, like happy pop hits, all out 00’s etc but they haven’t updated since 10th May. The playlist picture and info of the playlist updates but not the songs.

I have deleted/re-installed the app, updated my phone, checked all settings and everything that needs to be is on.

 

I would be really grateful if someone could help me on this.

If you're still experiencing this issue, could you let us know if the same playlists are updated if you log in to another device?

 

If it's just on your iOS device, then could you try a quick reinstall? This tends to solve a lot of common issues that our users have.

Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the issue and it is on all devices
