Spotify skipping to random new song

My Question or Issue

When I load up my queue of songs or I go into one of my playlists and hit play or shuffle play after about 30 to 45 seconds the song is skipped to a new song and new queue of songs that I have not saved nor have I ever listen to. 

I have uninstall the app and reinstalled it. I have cleared the cache of the app. Nothing has resolve the issue
