My Question or Issue

 Hey guys. So I’ve been using Spotify nonstop for almost 3 years now. After last week’s update (which, for some reason, was automatic) everything worked fine until Tuesday, when I wasn’t able to open a new playlist i wanted to play. After this, everything that wasn’t downloaded onto my phone showed empty. I decided to log out and back in and all of my music was gone. I’ve restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, I even restored my phone twice and nothing has helped. Spotifycares on twitter tried to help but they’re as clueless about this as I am. They even gave me a dummy account so I could try playing something but nothing seems to work. I’ve been reading up online and many people are having this same issue, which I’m guessing has something to do with the update. I have Spotify downloaded on my pad and my MacBook and they both seem to work just fine, but not on my phone. I would gladly appreciate anyone’s help on the matter. Thanks.
