Spotify to bypass IOS sleep timer in near future? Slow sync fixes?

Firstly, i've done the rounds of different music streaming services and by far, Spotify has come out as the best for it's ease of use, suggested music, and app performance, just to name a few. Love it!

I recently moved to iPhone from Android expecting a better user experience and improved app performance. It was indeed much better than the Android UI including some features i never expected.

However...

Because of the sleep timer, it's very frustrating to sync offline music. I understand that i can leave my phone unlocked on charge, but with the amount of songs i want to sync, its taking too long. 

Download speeds are another issue im having on IOS. It takes my Iphone and Ipad 2 hours to download 100 songs, when it takes my Android 1 hour to download 400 songs, both set for extreme quality. 

Please solve these issues as i’d love to stop using my Android purely for Spotify as it’s taking my iPhone way too long to download all my music.
