Spotify v4.0.0.919 UI bugs

Spotify v4.0.0.919 UI bugs

After updating to 4.0, I noticed the player UI is missing a top bar and the "Device Available" text on the bottom within the album art screen is poorly aligned. This happens whenever you launch the app with the top of the defaut iOS UI having a larger box either from having tethering on or notifications expanding downwards. Thus when opening the app, it doesn't readjust itself based on the available space.

As you can see from the screen cap, there is a random black bar at the top and the device available is being squashed at the bottom. It almost feels like the whole UI is misformated and was pushed too far down. Perhaps when they refurbished the app for iPhone 6, they forgot that the previous phones have smaller screens.

In addition, the launch screen (big spotify icon) shifts down when starting the app, whereas before it just stayed center, maybe this has something to do with the alignment problems.

The tiny album art icon is also gone when you minimize the main player window, so now it's only the artist and song name plus the play/pause button. Not sure why this was removed.

Running iOS 8.4.1

iPhone 5S 64GB

I asked someone else that is using an iPhone 5/5s to test this out and they were not able to reproduce this problem.

Maybe a reinstall of Spotify would help?
