Spotify won't go online even though I have 4G LTE

This issue just started today and I have tried reinstalling the app and other solutions I found online but it still doesn't work

Hey @Captaincoolbean, help's here.

 

What exact iPhone model and iOS version are you using?

 

When you go to your mobile's Settings > Spotify > Mobile Data, is it toggled on green? If it is, could you try toggling it off, restarting the device, and going back to toggle that setting on again? Make sure you do this you have no apps running.

 

If it isn't toggled on, make sure it is.
