Spotify won't launch on osx 10.9.2

Hey

my spotify app won't suddenly launch, I can't remember to have changed anything significant? It works perfect in the webplayer. have tried to remove it and install it again a couple of times but doesnt help. When trying to launch, the small window just pop up for half a sec and then disappers again and the program is shot down, like it closes itself immediantly? 

Any advice here? hear you should try to log in olnline first and then launch, tried it at well without any luck.

It is worth trying a reinstall and removing the files mentioned here:
