Spotify won't redownload iPhone 11

Recently this afternoon I was having the issue of not being able to listen to any of my downloaded music when i went offline, i tried everything from restarting my phone, logging out and back in twice so my last try was deleting the app from my phone and then reinstall it again after a few minutes. Well...I did that and now whenever I try to download the app it acts as if it starts and goes back to being normal not even starting, please I need some help 😢

Can you try restarting your iPhone one more time? Once you do that, try downloading Spotify from this link. If that still doesn't work, can you send me a screen recording of what's happening? That way I can take a closer look. 

Also, make sure that your iPhone is up to date. The latest iOS version as of 8/2/2023 is 16.6.
