Ok, so I have offline mode on 3 devices, my iPhone 4, my mum's iPad and my home computer. I also listen to Spotify on my work computer, but it's only on-line. It has always been like this and worked fine.
Now, when I added music to my playlist and tried to download them into offline mode, it wouldn't work and I got a red exclamation mark pop up. I've had this problem before and was told my a Spotify member of staff to deelte the app and re-install it.
This time when I tried it, it got half way and stopped working! So now about 100 songs I could listen to beforehand, I can't play!
If there's a solution here, please let me know
Bit of an annoyed customer here 😞
have you tried turning the device off and then back on?
Can you just confirm how much free storage space you have on the device you are getting this on?

I think you are hitting the offline device limit.
Spotify premium will only allow you to store a maximum of 3,333 tracks on up to three devices.

Have reached 3333 track limit. I can see 9GB usage in setting on spotify data
Unfortunately not, good old fashioned adding is the only way!
