The lyrics feature on my Spotify isn’t working.

The lyrics feature on my Spotify isn’t working.

Already tried to clean reinstall the app, still not working. 

Tried logging in with my friend(iPhone 7) account, lyrics appear, when I log back in with my own account, lyrics disappear again.

The new lyrics feature isn't available on Spotify to every user yet. It is currently being tested in several different markets. However, there's a live idea about this here. Make sure to add your +VOTE to add your support to it.

But the lyrics feature are able to run on my desktop version.

seem like it's not a region or account issues to me.

Hey @lacalacalaca,

Usually the desktop app and the mobile apps are a bit separate in terms of features, that's the reason you are seeing the lyrics only on desktop. Your account probably has been removed from the pool of users testing it on mobile.

However, just so we clear that's not on issue with your account or device please try to sign in to your friends iPhone 7 and see if it appears there. Could you also try a quick clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

Use the sign out everywhere tool in your Spotify's account page.
