Toggle switch to default to last shuffle mode

I’m tired of coming back to Spotify to find the enhanced shuffle is always back on. It’s really not super serious, but I think it would be nice if it could just default to what you set it at last. Perhaps there could be a toggle switch in the playback menu to choose what you want your shuffle setting defaulted to. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! We moved your post from the Ideas board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

Currently, the app should remember the set up you chose for every playlist/album. 

If this isn't how it works on your end, could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? 

If it only happens on a specific device, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device would come in handy. 

We'll be on the lookout.
