Transmission of track Info not working

So I updated the Spotify app on my IP4 a couple of week ago and I noticed, that track information won't sync anymore with my in-car headunit. I have the Iphone wired up to the headunit with an original Apple cable and this worked for the last year without a flaw. Now the track info on the headunit´s screen is stuck on the track which was played first after connection.

Unfortunately the recent update didn't help. Any sugestions? The track info was the main reason why I am using an Iphone in the car, since the android app does not support AVCRP.

If there is no fix in the next few days I'm going to quit my premium membership. I'm listening to music in my car most of the time, and I am not willing to pay this amount of money for a broken App. I was already disapointed when I found out, that the Android-App does not support transmission of Meta data by bluetooth and it still doesn't.
