Since you mentioned one of your iPhones constantly shows it is in offline mode, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app there. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue. You can find out the steps to do it here.

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• The exact Spotify version you're running there. 
• Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update?
