Unable to Play Songs

I am using the mobie version of spotify on my iPhone 7 with the current patch being 8.3.0. I am unable to play the song Satisfied by Aranda and the entire Threat to Survival album by Shinedown. I have been able to play songs from the album and Satisfied before, but now they are not playing just pausing. I have tried deleting them off of my playlist and then readding them. This worked for a short time with Threat to Survival, but has not worked with Satisfied. I have the playlist that I use to liston to these  downloaded on to my phone.
