Unable to access drop down menu from search page when offline

My Question or Issue
I have a premium account and have a few playlists downloaded. When I am connected to WiFi or data I have no problems, but for some reason when I am in offline mode and search a specific song, I cannot queue it or interact with it in any way but to play it. If I click the three buttons to the side to drop down the selection menu of queue/add to playlist, etc, it simply starts playing the song. I cannot swipe to queue either. Again, I don’t have these issues while online. If the song is playing, or I go directly to the playlist and select the song, there’s no issue. I tried resetting Spotify and my phone and am not sure what else to do? Thanks.

We'd suggest you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual one. Then you can try again downloading the playlists to see if there are any changes.

Does the issue occur on another device? That way we can check if it's a device-related issue.
