Unable to sync offline playlists.

Hello, I'm having an issue that I can't fins a solution to. I haven't reached the max of 3,333 songs, I have a huge amount of sotrage available to download my music to my deivces, and yet, I keep getting the orange exclamation point as if I am experiencing these issues. I need to find a resolution to this issue, because this is making no sense! Is anyone able to help?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify iOS app?

Are you trying to sync songs on Spotify's catalog or songs you own locally on your computer? If they are local files, you should first make sure your device appears under the "Devices" tab on the left side of the desktop client while your device and computer are connected to the same Wifi network. I know for some public Wifi networks like the University one I am on, my iPhone will not be recognized as a device due to certain firewall restrictions.
