Unknown device in connect

Unknown device in connect

Hello. My iPhone is showing Christine's iPhone in connect which is playing via my account.
I don't know any Christines

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

Sounds like someone has access to your account.

I would suggest you to change your password (https://spotify.com/account ) and to Logout everywhere afterwards.

 

To logout everywhere, please go to your account page, and click the Sign out everywhere button to logout all devices that are connected to your account.

This is not a solution because the problem of unknown connected devices persists after logging out. Spotify connect has a security bug.

I have the same problem!

I looged out everywhere and changed the password twice and still the same device is connecting! Recentliy my personal page was even in Polish language, even so I set it in English and my Native language is German!

This is really annoying because the other "user" is deleting my playlistes etc...

 

i tired to setup a password for the deviced which ends up in a loop!

This is very very anoing!
