Updated the app now

Updated the app now

When opening the app on my iphone. It booted me out. I signed back in with my Facebook details. Now it tells me I'm on a 40 day trial and all my starred songs and playlists are gone. Have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Relogging in. Not quite sure what happened. The app behaved the same when I opened it on my iPad.

What version of iPhone do you have?

Also did you originally sign up with facebook, or  with a different username and password with Spotify? 

 

If you originally set up your spotify account with facebook there should not be a problem but if you didn't sign up with facebook originally you have another account with your original account's stars and playlists.

 

Also to help the crashing, make sure the latest version of the app is downloaded.
