Version 1.5.0.2728 eats memory space like crazy

hello,

i'm really confused about functionality of the newest version of the app - 1.5.0.2728 for ios.

app takes 40 mb of free space after installation. looking at options takes 32 mb of free space immediately. checking new releases takes 250 mb of free space IMMEDIATELY (darn, you're just LOOKING at some low-res album covers, nothing more). then you're checking 'explore', again - you're just looking at album covers & names, nothing more, not even one track is played, and FINALLY you have about 400 mb less of your memory space.

this is really, really sick.

after a few minutes of configuration and exploration of the content of the 40 mb app or whatever, as a result you have the most monstrous app on your phone. and this have nothing to do with listening to music.

w... t.... f... ?

ps and where, for gods sake, is the 'clear cache' option?

@d_p Spotify on iOS doesn't have a clear cache function, unless you want to do a clean reinstallation. You should have optimally 1GB for Spotify to operate.

Thanks for reply. I don't quite like this new "1GB to operate" feature, so i must use "clean up cache" feature in other app.
