WAITING TO DOWNLOAD.......IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME. VERY UNHAPPY INDEED

My playlist is "waiting to download" before I can use it in offline mode. It never downloads, been like this for months now. I'm a premium customer and this is NOT a premium service.

And why are there no customer service phone numbers or online chat. Its ridiculous, I pay good money for this....Ive heard the Itunes version is better...think I might cancel my spotify and join Apple music or whatever its called.

And if spotify thinks that giving me badges and rankings for posting my problems with there product is going to make up for their almost non exsistant support...they can think again.  

The fact that my issues can not be discussed with a spotify representative in real time is disgusting.

I have no option other than posting on this site, in a desparate attempt at sorting my problems with their product. Treating me like a child by giving me gold stars or fobbing with off with a "first post ranking" really is rubbing some patronising salt into my spotify wound.

And why do you keep emailing me to tell me I've won another one of your pointless community support rankings!?!?!?! I keep thinking you have actually responded to my issue...but no, its another pointless ranking that means absolute nothing to me. All it does is fuel my irritation with this situation...what where you thinking when you came up with this idea? Was it aimed at under 5's? If it was I could understand it.
