Wont download to offline

Hey can anyone help I have a premium subscription when I go to try to download my playlist to off line it comes up that it's a premium feature and won't let me download

Sorry for the inconvenience. What device are you operating Spotify on? I suggest you sign out and try reinstalling the app. See Details: https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/

Note: To download songs/playlists offline make sure you have enough hard drive space on which ever device you are using to operate Spotify. If you're out of space, you won't be allowed to download songs/playlists offline.
