Hi, I received this from 2 days ago, please solve the problem. Check with wifi and cellular data (Two different networks)

Error: Forbidden

Your client does not have permission to get URL  from this server.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

To begin with, and just to confirm, are you also seeing this error message on the Spotify app? If so, send over a screenshot so we can take a look.

 

On another note, we'd suggest clearing the history, cookies, and cache on your browser. You can check out the steps to do so from the Apple Support website. Check if that makes a difference.

 

If that doesn't help, try accessing Spotify from a different browser and let us know if you see the same message.

Hi

I tried internet providers, the problem persisted.
Most users have this problem, but they don't know what to do or how to solve the problem. All the solutions offered by you have been reviewed, but never resolved. Users are tired of this.

bro, that issue is only on ivp6 protocol, if you can disable ipv6 (on you phone, router, etc) the error will not appear

I found that the problem resolved itself after I turned off my VPN and retried the process.
