autoplay not working

every time i play a song from an album the song just loops instead of play similar songs. my autoplay is turned on, i restarted my device and logged in and out and nothing will fix it

Does this happen only when you finish listening to the last song in albums, or it also happens with playlists? 

I recommend making sure that you've not accidentally switched on the repeat functionor shuffle
