Syncing Issue - Laptop to iPhone (Playlists Only)

If I make any changes from my desktop to Playlists, they do not update on the corresponding iPhone playlist. If I add a song though, I can see it immediately on my iPhone. Whats going on with this? iPhone 5s, newest update to iOS

Can't sync spotify with offline mode

Hello I've bought spotify premium about a week and a half ago and I don't understand why I can't listen to any music offline. This happens on my phone and ipad. I have enough storage space to do so. Can anyone help?

Can't login to apps on IPad or iPhone, no problem loging into website
