Pausing when lowering volume?

Hi, I've got a Spotify Premium Version and love to listen to music on my IPhone (4G). But whenever I change the volume (louder oder quiet) the music stops and Spotify jumps to the 'Exploring' menu. Who can help?

Local files missing from playlist

I made a playlist which is just made up of local files at the moment. on my laptop and phone the playlist has 56 songs, but on my ipad it only has 42 songs. so 14 songs havent synced. anyone know of a solution to this?
