EQ stopping

Whenever I close and reopen the app, the EQ will visually stay on and in the same preset but I have to move the EQ slides for them to actually affect the audio again. Any fix?

Local files disappearing

I have 5 songs downloaded from my local files, they always show up fine on my PC. They appear in my playlist on my phone until I either disconnect from the WiFi, or I close Spotify on my PC. Is this supposed to happen?
