[bug] AirPlay (and perhaps Chromecast) not available when Spotify is down

Hey there!

I was listening to some good music on my desktop until Spotify's service went down, bummer I know. So I though: why don't I stream my offline playlists to my Apple TV?

Well... I can't. When I select 'Available devices' (or whatever it's called in English) it's notifying me that I'm offline, even though it knows that there are available devices. This tells me that you're first checking if the Spotify service is online and then for available devices. Not ideal when Spotify is down. (Although fortunately that rarely happens 😉 )

What I'd suggest is to remove the check for an active connection to the Spotify service when listing all available devices to stream to. I presume this check is in place because of Spotify Connect, which actually does need an active connection to the Spotify service when streaming. But as you may already guessed, this should not be necessary when AirPlaying. 😉
