can't log in on iphone

i can log in on computer; same log in details are "incorrect" on iphone. Insists I use link to gmail to reset, but I can't use gmail app on my phone.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info to better understand what's happening on your side. Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error you received when trying to log into your account? 

Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.

On another note, we understand that your account is linked to your Gmail email address. Did you sign in with Gmail when you created your Spotify account? If not sure, it'd be better if you tried to use the button Log In instead of the Continue with Google one. We understand you don't remember your password, so for now we'd recommend to try to reset it from a different device. You can use this link to do it.

Lastly, would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of the affected device? Did you notice if the same happens if you try to open your account on a different mobile device?
