cannot play songs offline

Hi,

my songs won't sync on my iphone. No problems from my Ipad. i'm going on a two weeks vacation soon and I am desperate to get this to work.

what to do?

Hi gak, welcome to the Community.

Are you getting any error messages? Have you synced any tracks to that iPhone so far? How much free space does it have available? If you're syncing tracks to go on vacation, we'd recommend 5GB+ (500MB as a minimum).

I don't have very much space available on my phone if thats what you meant. But that should'n matter as at least a few songs would be synced, right?  it won't work on my mac either, just my ipad.

just tell me what to do and I'll do it 🙂
