connecting account on phone

connecting account on phone

when i log into my account on my phone it is not the same profile as my computer. i have had a profile for a while now and have many playlists downloaded but it is not coming up when i log onto my account on my iphone app. Any thoughts?

Hey @user-removed! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.


What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
