detect iphone

Can some one help me this is driving me crazy.

My iphone is not detected by spotify through wifi. have reinstalled the program on computer and phone a few times now, reinstalled the router. tried with kabel.

what is the solution???

Hi,

I had the problem a while back, and I found the problem lay in the fact that my Kaspersky internet security firewall was blocking the 2 from connecting, so when I paused the protection which also disabled the firewall temprarily, they connected fine. Also make sure spotify on your phone is in the foreground and not in offline mode.
