 My Question or Issue

Hi,

       i have had a family premium plan for the last few years and now my daughter can no longer long into her account.  How do i solve this?  she has tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, she tried a clean reinstall, she tried password reset but does not receive an email to do so.  Can i remove her from the account and send a new invitation, i am afraid if i do this she will lose all her content?  Thanks

Hey @jbonacci-ca, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

This doesn't have to do with the Family plan. Just to clear it, she won't lose her account if you remove her from the Family plan and invite her again.

 

Check this support article to help your to get back to her account.

 

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 13.5
