My Question or Issue

 I upgraded my spotify last night.   today i go in, and my playlists are ALLL GONE.  and i have ads, and it's like a blank new account.  I have the family plan.   How do i get my playlists back???  and back to premium?  my daughter is the owner.  and it says i'm active.  is there a way to revert back to the old spotify BEFORE the upgrade?  reset my phone or something?  delete the app and reload it?  i had hundreds and hundreds of songs and will be pretty **bleep** off if i have to recreate them.  stupid updates.   : (   can anybody help ?????

it's really easy to use adn reinstall playlists. That sucks they're allgone! I hope you can get them back. All the best.

It might be that you've logged in to the wrong account. In order to locate the original account on which the family plan is active, we recommend that you check out this support article here and follow the steps outlined there.

My husband is the owner.  We signed up for the family plan.  I got the invite and logged in.  It says I am in the family plan but I have no playlists.  Where did everything go?

Are you sure you are logged in to the right account? In any case we suggest you check out this support article, specifically the information under the heading "I logged in, but my account doesn't look right".

 

If it turns out that you were logged in to the wrong account, then you will have to get the correct account to the Family plan.
